In a recent discussion held at the head office of the Ethiopian Railway’s Corporation.

The discussion was based on the desire of the two countries to work together in  Railway infrastructure, rail transport, logistics and multi-modal operations.

They discussed the possibilities set out by the government in planned railway construction that will be build in our country; With different financing modalities Main potential corridors Modjo-Moyale- to the port of Lamu (Kenya) LAPSSET Corridor;Diredawa-Berbera(Somaliland);Weldia-Matma-Port of Sudan; Woldia- Mekelle Railways line to one of the ports of Eritrean (Assab/ Massawa)
