The Ethiopian Railway Corporation held a discussion with the representative delegation of China (Zhengzhou Railway Vocational and Technical College).

A discussion was held on August 15, 2024, at the corporation’s meeting hall with a delegation of the college’s representative on issues that enable the railway institute of the Ethiopian Railway Corporation to provide training with China’s Zhengzhou vocational and technical college.

In his opening speech, Chief Officer of the Railway Institute of the Corporation, Mr. Bekele Ato said it marked a big milestone for future efforts in the field of railway education and training.

During the discussion Mrs. Sisay Guta, who is the head of the education and training department of the Corporation Railway Institute, presented about the activities the institute has carried out in the field of training.

The delegation, on the other hand, presented a wide description of the activities that the college has jointly carried out with many countries at the international level and its recognition in the field.
