The Ethiopian Railway Corporation – Railway Institute officially announces the commencement of trainee registration for the 2019 E.C. training program in three technical and vocational fields licensed by the FDRE Education and Training Authority.
Applicants who meet the admission requirements will be accepted and trained in the Following programs:
- Train Driving — Level 2 to Level 5
- Rolling Stock Electrical & Electronics System Maintenance – Level 2 to Level 5
- Railway Signal & Communication System Installation and Maintenance – Level 1 to Level 5
Applicants registering for all of the above training programs must present a Grade 12 Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) entrance result, in accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Labor and Skills.
Applicants registering for the Train Driving training program are specifically required to present a certified medical and physical fitness Certificate.
When coming for registration, applicants must bring:
- Original educational documents and photocopies
- Fayda Digital ID or Kebele Residence ID
- Four passport-size photographs

Registration will be conducted only from Tikimt 16, 2019 E.C. to Tikimt 27, 2019 E.C.
